1. Use of Services: Perfectly Flawless Designs provides wedding planning services, including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, creating event timelines, and day-of coordination. 

2. Fees: Our fees will be discussed during your initial consultation. All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before services are rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy: Should the client decide to cancel the contract for any reason, no refunds will be provided. Clients who cancel within 30 days prior to the event are obligated to pay the full fee.

4. Liability: Perfectly Flawless Designs is not liable for any damages, direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or otherwise, arising from your use of our services. 

5. Social media: Perfectly Flawless Designs may post photographs or videos from client’s event on social media platforms. Clients who do not want their photos posted must provide written notice.

6. Confidentiality: We operate in strict confidence and will not share any client information to anyone. 

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made will be posted on our website and will become immediately effective.

8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services to any client for any reason, at any time.
